Items was sent out to me in just 24 hours. Response from Keco is almost immediately and I paid nothing for the replacement. Well done Keco.

Pleasantly surprised I was dubious about whether I was really going to get this order shipped. I’m very used to companies declining to ship to Alaska or charging 75% of the order to ship it. The other option is waiting forever to receive it. This company wasn’t cheap for shipping but it arrived very timely!
