The install and customer service was… The install and customer service was superior. The technician was very impressive with his knowledge and attention to detail. I completely do not think twice about my vehicle being stolen anymore. If the thief can pull it up onto a tow truck and drag it off then I can’t stop that, but hot-wiring or getting it started without the pin fob installed in almost impossible. The thief would have to try thousands of different wiring combinations to even come close to getting the right connection. I sleep well knowing I have Ravelco on my 2020 F-250. It REALLY Works I purchased and had the No Hot Wire Device installed in January 2020 in my 2003 Tahoe. The installation was done to my total satisfaction. On Feb. 24 2023 some dirtbag tried to steal my baby in full daylight at my place of work. Long story short, they did not get my Tahoe, which I have put about $12k of extras and add-ons. It cost me less than $400 to repair the damage done. I just purchased a 2016 Silverado 3500HD and my first Add-on to this vehicle will be a Ravelco No Hot Wire Device. This is my second Ravelco over the past… This is my second Ravelco over the past 20 years and the security and peace of mind they provide is worth every penny. The tech arrived when he said he would and was finished when he said he would finish. When you have 90K invested in a vehicle and news reports are increasing about vehicle theft in my area it was an easy decision to make. There are many ways to steal your car or truck but outside of using a tow truck to haul it away, a Ravelco will diminish that likelihood.

He was confidently knowledgeable about the product and installation process. In addition, he worked with me to find the best mounting location and was careful with my car during installation. The office management that reached out after purchase to setup the date/time of installation and follow up afterwards is very kind and courteous as well. This is my second Ravelco I've had installed and will get a 3rd if I get another vehicle. Ravelco provides me with the security I need to be able to confidently drive and park my car without worry of theft.
