USFantastic Customer Service Prior to purchase CVF quickly answered several questions about the component. The item had a minor defect related to one of the locking nuts. They quickly sorted the issue. I was expecting a replacement nut. To my surprise they sent a full replacement. Great customer service and they stand behind what they sell.
