GBI had ordered many filters I had ordered many filters. Received one filter on the ship date that I was supposed to receive my order. Waited. Several days did not see the balance of my order. Nobody could find it. It sounded like to me that because there was one filter ship. That Pure Diesel Power thought the whole order was shipped. That was not the case. It took several days of calling and asking where my balance of the order is at. Which is the reason that I only showed three stars. My other two previous orders were OK.😕

GBpart of my order was a direct ship,with… part of my order was a direct ship,with a 4 week lead time. after 5ish weeks, I emailed and with questions on status, and within 1 hour, Courtney responded with the information. before I ordered my parts I called a representative with questions, and they were able to answer all my questions.
