HOWEVER, Seat Belt Extender Pros are replacing the order at their expense - and with expedited shipping. I was already a fan and now I'm beyond happy and impressed that such high standards exist in a world of companies (especially online) that often don't care all that much about their customers! Great experience!!

Problem solver Quickly delivered, perfect fit, exactly what I wanted. Living in Alaska, we have to wear multiple layers of heavy clothes in the winter, so being able to attach the seatbelt when dressed like the Michelin Man is a challenge. The extender solves that problem.

This was more than generous, and I will be ordering the correct belt. Old review: When I tried to use the belt on southwest airlines, the larger metal piece didn't work with their belts.
