Honest part at an honest price I think it is great that DHD offers an honest PCV Reroute "kit" (intake block off plate) at and honest price! Last time I did the PCV reroute, I was unaware of the simplicity and ordered a kit at twice the price only to receive an over priced block off plate and length of 3/4 heater hose. Had this item been available back then and had I known better, this is the only way to go! Good on you DHD and thank you!

Looking up the parts I needed on the web site was simple . Looking up the parts I needed on the web site was simple , ordering was simple , the shipping price was almost the same cost as the parts ( shipping has become costly ! ) Parts showed up fairly quickly ( over 4th of July weekend ) which I anticipated a longer wait time . Parts were as ordered / I've installed the parts & the truck is now up & running . ( ordered 6-27 / received 7-5 )

Payment Deducted Before Shipping My payment was taken out of my account before anything shipped. This is not good business practice. I cancelled my order and was assured my payment had been refunded. I have not seen the refund posted after more than 24 hours. They will be getting another call from me tomorrow

Great customer service I placed the order over the weekend, we realized the truck we needed the parts for was going to need a lot more work and just wouldn't be worth doing. I emailed the company and asked for the order to be cancelled. I received a reply first thing Monday that the order was cancelled and a refund had been issued. Great customer service.
