GBOnline order Made an online order, received a phone call in minutes about possible delays. Rep suggested options to expedite my order which actually cost me less money. Ended up in a 15 minute conversation about options and other upgrades I want to do. This is the third set of injectors (hundreds of thousands of miles) I have bought from Industrial Injection and I will continue to buy parts from them.

GBI recommend these people! They sent me the wrong hat with my first order. So I emailed them about my problem. And they responded promptly to me. They made their wrongs right by sending me the right hat, and surprised me by sending me a sticker and foldable can koozie, all free of charge! I recommend these people for their great work!

GB3rd gen heat shield Ordered a heat shield on black friday and their was a price glitch we worked it out they shipped it super quick but without hardware I emailed and almost immediately had bolt shipped to me and it came out super clean.

GBLack of information on core returns No information on how to go about returning injection cores, or a address to send them, or a RMA which is stated must be on package to return. Basically seems like returns are not really wanted so that’s why the 3 stars. Don’t like how there is no tracking information on the orders either. Almost makes me want to bump it down to 2 stars
