They shipped me out a new one no questions asked. They also helped me troubleshoot some alternator feedback I was having. Amazing customer service and great products.

Informative and keep you up to date I was texted promptly about my order being delayed due to inventory getting arranged to a warehouse by one of the guys from the shop. I was glad to know that these guys actually care about you as a customer and treat you as fellow human.
