Excellent customer service and great to do business with Excellent customer service and great products. I have bought from them multiple times and every time I get my order in time with no problems. I had questions regarding parts fitting my Defender 90 and these guys were very quick to give me the answers I was looking for. Also with short staff during COVID-19, they were able to get my order delivered 2 days sooner than I thought. Will definitely order again, but I hope my Defender doesn't break down again for a long time :)

Exceeds expectations. Got the parts sooner than expected, all in original packaging or in a clearly labeled bag (sump pump plug and copper washer). Very competitive prices, excellent shipping cost, wide variety of parts for everything. Only thing I see there's some improvment that could be done; is ease of navigation for the website. But with the service provided it could be an old school paper catalogue and I'd not complain. 10/10 WILL recommend and buy from again!

Product arrived on time and was ok by… Product arrived on time and was ok by luck, but their packaging guys need some help. The box arrived broken with the guard hanging out of the box. They just threw some small random usps cardboard boxes in the big box as if they would protect it in transit or keep it from punching through the box, a big zero star foe them.luckily the guard arrived intact and paint wasnt messed up. Maybe have a talk with your shipping guy see if he need bubble wrap or a day off or something.
