Loyalty I have been going to this tire shop for over 10 years. I have never had any issues. They do excellent work and very honest. This is why I keep going to this particular American Tire shop.

My front driver-side tire came apart on the freeway.A new tire was put on in about 40 minutes which I thought was very reasonable since several people were ahead of me. They checked my tire pressure in all my other tires. I was satisfied and will be a rerun customer.

American Tire Stores is Awesome I wanted to to take the time to thank American Tire in Thousand Oaks. You guys managed to figure out the noise my car was making and fixed it with no hesitation. I loved how the manager, Robert, would take his time to explain and show me what was the problem and being 100% honest about work my car needed. The shop was very clean and played really good music, great customer service and with deals no one can beat. I will for-sure be going there more often! Thank You!
