Stated wrong price declaration on customs form Chromeburner stated the wrong price on the customs declaration which resulted in me having to pay additional fees which was wrong, spoke to customer rep Roemer Struik who told me there is nothing they can do, quite stupid to put the wrong price on the declaration then say the customer is wrong. Avoid this company if you don't want the hassel of wrong UK import fees

Great product, great service! Had the product I wanted, and (despite coming from the Netherlands) arrived very quickly at my home here in Canada! Also was considerably cheaper than any other local retailers (even after paying the import duty)! Hup Holland! As for the product I purchased, this is my second pair of Alpinestars J-6 boots, and they're still as good as ever! Nice casual looking boot, can be worn casually they're so comfy and completely waterproof! Highly recommend this product!

Not Happy at all Not Happy at all. Ordered a pair of very expensive Hepco and Becker side cases almost 2 months ago. Have only received 1 case and never received the other. They won't give a refund because (they claim) it might arrive someday. (!!) So I have 1 case of a pair and am out $400. :( This will be my one and only experience with Chromeburner.

I bought a Knox Urbane pro MK3 I bought a Knox Urbane pro MK3. I had some Questions, which Chromeburner answered immediately over email. Delivery was 6 days to NZ - excellent. Re the Urbane MK3, I normally buy large, but according to Knox's sizing I was Medium. Their sizing is correct and very pleased that it fits great! And Wow utterly fantastic on a hot day, getting used to using layers now. Thanks Chromeburner - Excellent Service
