GBFirst time ordering The product is what I am looking for at a price point lower than competitors. Customer service was not great, called and sent emails with no answers to my questions. Description indicates 10' power cord and 1', which is it?

GBOrdered lights Feb 22nd Ordered lights Feb 22nd, it’s now April 30th, Was told 4 weeks after ordered it was out of stock, was told new shipment should be in 2 weeks, those following weeks i called and emailed no answers, spoke to them today was told they still didn’t have, also can’t be refunded since it was over 30 days only store credit. “i should’ve called to check if it was available” horrible service, don’t sell stuff you don’t have, they also will not answer your phone calls,
