I had websites of several competitors open at the same time. ETD's provided better technical information about the lights, and superior pricing and this caused me to stop using a vendor I've used for more than 7 years and switch to ETD. Thanks - looking forward to building the custom lighting system for my RV with your products.

Ordered lights Feb 22nd Ordered lights Feb 22nd, it’s now April 30th, Was told 4 weeks after ordered it was out of stock, was told new shipment should be in 2 weeks, those following weeks i called and emailed no answers, spoke to them today was told they still didn’t have, also can’t be refunded since it was over 30 days only store credit. “i should’ve called to check if it was available” horrible service, don’t sell stuff you don’t have, they also will not answer your phone calls,

NEEDED MORE INFO IM GIVING YALL A 5 STAR RATING DUE TO PRODUCTS IVE USED IN THE PAST ARE EXCELLENT AND SERVICE HAS BEEN GOOD. THIS TIME I WAS NEEDING MORE INFO ON ONE OF YOUR SIREN CONTROLLERS BUT COULD NOT REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TIME TO ACQUIRE WHAT I NEEDED SO I WENT WITH A LESS EXPENSIVE MODEL AND HOPE IT WORKS AS NEEDED.
