Absolutely worthless Totally agree with the negative opinions here. All or most of the "excellent" reviews were either faked by the Graphite's team or written at the very start of the project when Graphite tried its best to be responsive for pure promotional purposes. My application has spent about two weeks in review, despite me contributing a considerable amount of my time to fill out all the fields and to provide as detailed information as possible. Even with all this effort, I do understand that my background may not be in full compliance with the service's expectations. That's totally fine with me, and I wouldn't have written a negative review, have I received a "thanks but no due to this and that" feedback. But now that my account is simply deactivated without any access to my data, I haven't gotten any explanation/feedback or even a mere notification. The chatbot on the website takes some effort to be tricked into connecting you with a real human, but even after passing this "test", the waiting period is endless and fruitless in the end. A total waste of time and effort and non-existing feedback and customer service.
