USAsking for unimportant info Terrible communications. I needed repair work and they asked everything about my bank acct including passwords. Pin number felt very crooked. They don't need that for loan

USPersonally lucrative and professionally engaging. While essentially a high-level staffing agency, my personal experience has allowed me to connect with recruiters who understand my skills and clients who are in need of said skills. Said skills, obviously, come with a premium that's represented in the hourly rate that Graphite affords while allowing a menu-based GUI to pick and choose the roles that speak to my experience, interest, and financial requirement. It's not all rainbows, obviously: there aren't a TON of options in the network, and some recruiters need a guiding hand in explaining what it is I do and how it intersects with Graphite's clients, but it's been a personally lucrative and professionally engaging experience over the last two years. Of note: I'm in the healthcare and pharmaceutical commercialization space, so YMMV. My skills are eclectic and wide-ranging, focused on technology implementation, product launch, and commercial/marketing analytics and operations.
Independent Consultant
USIndependent consultants should rely on other agencies This place is a waste of my time and probably yours as well. It verges on shady, tbh. No human contact: it's all automated messaging. The people who work there know nothing about the projects you bid on - they're just selling your services but could care less if it's you or someone else. No one will answer any questions you have about a project before you "bid". I have applied for numerous projects during the past year and rarely heard back on any of them. Projects are frequently "cancelled by the client" before start. The one project I "won" at Graphite was cancelled after I signed the agreement, on the day it was supposed to start. Left me hanging for 8 weeks pay after I turned down two other projects. Not a penny in compensation. At the same time, Graphite wanted to *sell me* credit services (like a payday loan!), training, and other things. Taking my cash but not paying me for work. There are many other professional firms that treat contractors fairly. Be wary of these people.

USThe Graphite team is AMAZING! The Graphite team is hard working, efficient and really takes the time to learn what will work for both the client and the expert. I have had extremely positive interactions with several members of the team and I appreciate how transparent they are and how they really advocate on both sides. I like the check ins and that they truly want all around success. I am able to keep in contact with the team, give feedback and also get helpful feedback because we are all wanting to improve every step of the way. I highly recommend this platform for any expert/consultant in the field who wants to work with top tier companies and on projects that really challenge your mind and keep your skills sharp and expanding.

HUAbsolutely worthless Totally agree with the negative opinions here. All or most of the "excellent" reviews were either faked by the Graphite's team or written at the very start of the project when Graphite tried its best to be responsive for pure promotional purposes. My application has spent about two weeks in review, despite me contributing a considerable amount of my time to fill out all the fields and to provide as detailed information as possible. Even with all this effort, I do understand that my background may not be in full compliance with the service's expectations. That's totally fine with me, and I wouldn't have written a negative review, have I received a "thanks but no due to this and that" feedback. But now that my account is simply deactivated without any access to my data, I haven't gotten any explanation/feedback or even a mere notification. The chatbot on the website takes some effort to be tricked into connecting you with a real human, but even after passing this "test", the waiting period is endless and fruitless in the end. A total waste of time and effort and non-existing feedback and customer service.
