GBI ordered parts from them I ordered parts from them, had them next dayed to me. Only half the parts came. When I contacted them I was told the rest didn’t get packaged right and they would send them out that day, 4 days later and numerous emails they sent me a tracking number but my parts still haven’t shipped..

GBAre sure you hot the right parts before you start your teardown! The original order arrived and was not correct. This set me back a few days since my machine was not operable. I would have given 5 stars if not for this shipping dept mistake. Once the correct parts were shipped, everything fit as it should.

GBTHE LADY THAT ACTUALLY PLACED MY ORDER… THE LADY THAT ACTUALLY PLACED MY ORDER DID A GREAT JOB. THE FIRST ONE I TALKED TO SEEMED CONFUSED AND COULD NOT FIND THE ITEM I NEEDED, AND I GAVE BOTH LADIES THE SAME EXACT INFORMATION ???
