Very helpful Had ordered a motor for our Diesel pump. It arrived quickly. Once we had it in hand, we saw the bolt pattern would not line up. Had to return the motor. INSACOA was very helpful in answering questions before we ordered the motor, and very helpful with the return. Everything went flawless. Would definitely order from them again.

Beware of hidden fees. I purchased two separate products from them. It was ordered as two different orders, I paid for shipping on each order. When the package arrived, I had to pay brokerage fees and taxes on each item amounting to $107 for one, at $114 for the other. I don’t think it’s fair that you charge me for shipping and not tell me about brokerage fees. I have purchased from many other companies online and I’ve received product without having to pay brokerage fees. If you know there will be brokerage fees, that should be disclosed on your website! so the pars that I was buying cheaper from you ended up to be more expensive than if I purchased it direct from Rotary.
