CAThey support their customers I booked my Budget/Avis car rental with Auto Europe and they acted on my behalf at the completion of my rental to get back the money owed to me from Budget. Budget charged me 436 Euros for a tablet I didn't receive and despite all my efforts to communicate with them, they dismissed my case. Auto Europe went to bat for me and managed to convince them to return my money. They stand behind their customers and I would definitely book with them again. I will never book a car from Budget/Avis again and don't recommend them.

GBI am 79 and drive 25000 miles yr in 3… I am 79 and drive 25000 miles yr in 3 vehicles including a motor home with no accidents or tickets for decades so why should I have to furnish extra health and car insurance letters. I ski, surf, take bike trips etc.

GBMost of information needed to make a decision… Most of information needed to make a decision are available online. Having driven a Renault Captur "stick-shift"in Spain in 2017, I know it has excellent space and an efficient engine. Having just interacted online, I cannot so far speak of my experience short-leasing a car. I have however made a reservation with Auto Europe in 2020 through HERTZ and can say that the agents were friendly and very helpful to cancel my reservation because of Covid-19.
