They support their customers I booked my Budget/Avis car rental with Auto Europe and they acted on my behalf at the completion of my rental to get back the money owed to me from Budget. Budget charged me 436 Euros for a tablet I didn't receive and despite all my efforts to communicate with them, they dismissed my case. Auto Europe went to bat for me and managed to convince them to return my money. They stand behind their customers and I would definitely book with them again. I will never book a car from Budget/Avis again and don't recommend them.

Having driven a Renault Captur "stick-shift"in Spain in 2017, I know it has excellent space and an efficient engine. Having just interacted online, I cannot so far speak of my experience short-leasing a car. I have however made a reservation with Auto Europe in 2020 through HERTZ and can say that the agents were friendly and very helpful to cancel my reservation because of Covid-19.
