The experience went very well The experience went very well. I was asked for the details on my car which I provided in detail. I received an offer which was acceptable and I agreed to accept the offer. I spoke to a representative a couple of times who was professional and courteous. Based on my schedule I could not answer the initial calls but I was happy they were persistent.
