Never Again Followed web page instructions to find parts. The wrong parts were sent...didn't fit truck. They didn't stock the correct part. To get credit I had to pay a 20% restocking fee plus $20 for a return label. After much diolog with their "customer service" who buy the way don't operate in the USA and hard to understand. I was able to get them to assume some responsibility and they reduced the restock to 10%. Also I had to pay another $20 to have the parts put into a box to ship. Use Amazion not Newparts. I should of looked at the reviews most are about the same issue "wrong parts and restocking & return label fees"

Great Website Design! The NewParts website is very easy to navigate and offers very good prices on, as in my case, genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. The parts arrive in very substantial boxes, so I appreciate the quality packaging to be sure that none of the contents are damaged in transit.

Delivered in 1 day! Fedex delivered CV axles the day after I ordered from Newparts. That's outstanding as Amazon was a week out and price was the same even with Newparts shipping. Newparts' website says they ship out of regional facilities to speed up delivery. It certainly worked well for me.
