Excellent and fast customer support I bought several parts on the NICECNC website, including some suspension bleeders for my 2024 Husqvarna TE300. One of them was a little stuck, I reported it on the NICECNC website and a few days later I had a new and free set at home. Excellent and fast customer support

Excellent value Excellent value. I have the gold ones and it matches my bike well. If the company is reading this, you should increase the length of your set screws by a few milli or so. The set screw ends up nearly all the way down on the axle nut side of the axle. Anyway, would recommend. Support was responsive during the Final Four on a Saturday night… kudos for that.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought some radiator guards and front disc brake guards from them, but quickly realized after I ordered them that they wouldn’t fit my bike, so I emailed asking the order to be cancelled. They said that wasn’t possible, and that returns weren’t easy so it would be best to try and sell them to a friend (weird response but didn’t think much of it). Once I received the parts, I sent them back to the address given by NICE CNC. Parts arrived and no refund, have sent multiple emails regarding refund, and have received no reply. Do not buy parts if you think you might need to return them later.

Product came quick Product came quick, fit was a lil off, but most aftermarket parts are. During install a piece broke. Reached out to the company and 2 separate people from customer service got back to me at 2 different times and sent me a new part right away. Will use NICECNC again

I love the brake pedal I ordered but… I love the brake pedal I ordered but not the fuel rail. I installed fuel rail on intake manifold did a test and fuel sprayed everywhere. I feel the block that affixes to manifold is too thick to get get seat with injectors. They will not get back with me and are ignoring my emails. Not very happy about this considering I wanted to order more from them but not if customer support /service acts this way.
