Order Problem's We were able to order parts and have them in 2-days, now we don't know what to tell our customers. Yes were Washington State with manufacturing in Oregon its sad that this has gone away. Order having to be E-mail has not worked for us, they tell us they didn't receive our e-mail which is probably true how come we can e-mail to our Rep. and he has know problems
