I’ve yet to get my parts ordered 6 days… I’ve yet to get my parts ordered 6 days ago with expedited/overnight shipping. Email communication assured me they would be shipped 3/22 with tracking number same day, didn’t happen. Called today and spoke with customer service and assured they’ll ship today 3/25, so $168 for overnight shipping and my parts are shipping, theoretically today, 6 days after they were ordered. Thanks but this will be my first and last order.

Dealer didn't have the more higher… Dealer didn't have the more higher quality oil filters I prefer. Subaru Parts did. Ordered six. Got six. One is on the Subee now and I'm good for at least three more years. Ordering soon, Cabin filters and a reflector. Better then dealing with a dealer.

Ordered a factory clutch disc and… Ordered a factory clutch disc and cover. After replacing clutch and release bearing, there was an loud squealing noise from clutch area. Took it apart again and replaced another release bearing and a pilot bearing, still squealing, took apart again and looks like disc is out of tolerance, 30 day limit for an RA expired, ended up installing a Chinese knock off from napa

CORRECT PARTS FOR A CHANGE!!! The parts showed up in a timely fashion and were actually correct. It's getting harder and harder to find a reputable parts source. I will definitely order more parts!
