1st time doing business with this company, and last time! Attempted to order a regulator for my 2006 Towncar, this company came "highly recommended". Well that's where the positive stops. Placed the order and next day spoke with a customer service rep after receiving an email stating they couldn't verify my apply card information. Amazing, any other e-commerce business I utilize this with zero issues, but not your company. Then when I ask the specific issue all I am told is a code is generated. Well what code, its a code. Top notch customer service.

Be careful. I pay for part via business debit. I receive a call, that they can not CONFIRM my card (charge is pending in bank account) and ask if I would pay with PAYPAL. Fine, I do so. Part is sent usps from Wisconsin (company located in california) USPS tries to deliver prior to business being open. They attempt next day. BUT EARLIER. Stupid lazy fooks. Fix your system.
