Great Price but Slow Shipping The product was as expected and the price was very competitive. The only issue was how long it took for the product to arrive.

Customer service is not a service or customer centered The order was listed as "complete" but did not actually ship for days. I called and emailed to cancel and i would be buying the parts elsewhere as i could not wait. They said they would cancel the order but never did. It shipped, i told them i was refusing it in an email. They have not responded. I'm very disappointed.
