Fantastic Experience We were out of town when it was delivered to Black Hills Harley Davidson so I have not had a chance to inspect it. Every part of Haul Bikes service was very professional, office personnel were friendly and informative and easy to work with. The drivers were helpful with delivery and pick up, making the process much easier. I would gladly call Haul Bikes in the event I needed them again.

It was a great 1st experience It was a great 1st experience! They gave me regular updates on my shipment! When I set it up I told them I was not in a hurry, and the time it took from pickup to delivery was less than I expected and with the regular updates I never had to wonder! It arrived in the same condition I had I trusted them with! I’ve never shipped my bike before, but I would not hesitate to use this company again!!!

Very good experience … My initial… Very good experience … My initial conversation with the booking agent… she was less than kind and seemed very irritated by questions… Would’ve appreciated more communication when bike in transit or sitting in one of the distribution hubs. My final delivery driver was great! Very meticulous about handling the bike.

Haul bikes was amazing Haul bikes was amazing! I’ve used independent bike transport companies in the past. The difference is night and day. Their communication was top notch. They treated my bike better than I would. They were the cheapest company by far! And, they delivered my bike a few days earlier than I expected. I will only use HaulBikes.com in the future.

Rent a trailer instead. The expected drop off date moved one month from the original. We waited for 5 weeks with no update for our motorcycles to be delivered. This is unacceptable and I will not be recommending this service to anyone for any reason. I should not have to pay an large amount of money only for a company to not hold up their end. I will never be using the service again.
