Because of this experience, I checked out what people had to say about "Used Engines Inc" and decided to order from them. The engine arrived within days of my order. Great news! GBHonored Their warranty I previously wrote a 1 star review over a bad engine I received, I was having issues with customer service at the time and I now believe we was just having a misunderstanding on the issues.. Alan reached out to me over my concerns and after I sent several pictures and videos of the issues I was having, He has agreed to give me a full refund or a free replacement, I didn't have time to wait on another engine so I decided for a full refund.. although I received a bad engine which can happen, these are used engines, they seem to be standing by the warranty, the only thing i would caution is make sure you read the contract before you sign, they can't guarantee milage on the engine regardless of what the sales rep tells you.. the engine I received had more miles then what I was told, and make sure you look the engine over before you sign and take pictures of anything that may concern you. If you have issues just ask for Alan Gessler.
