Shipping experience dreadful. There was nothing wrong with the item I purchased,but the transaction was very disappointing. The item was expensive, then the shipping was almost as expensive as the item. There was no choice as to who was providing the shipping. That particular Shipper charges a huge amount to do collect taxes at the border, almost as much as the shipping costs. And this is not disclosed to the customer until after the item is delivered, a few weeks later. I have had better experience with a different shipper.

Parts took extremely long time to… Parts took extremely long time to arrive. Part was damaged but no way to tell if it was damaged until installation (it was a plastic oil cooler for 3.6l motor) so because it was installed I couldn’t return it Part was cracked on the inside. I bought a Dorman Aluminum oil cooler from ORilleys with warranty. Will not buy from you guys again. No way to get money back, slow shipping. You may be cheaper than National Auto Parts stores but it’s not worth doing business with you in the long run

Orderd a rear bumper or my 2019 ram Orderd a rear bumper for my 2019 ram. 569 dollars and 70 dollar shipping fee, estimated delivery 24 though 26th April, as of the 29th of April never heard anything from them except that it was being ready to ship, then on the 30th of April received email that I had to give them another 135 dollars for shipping, blamed it on FedEx, seems to me they should no how much it cost to ship something, close my account as soon as they reimburse my credit card, never again will I even consider this company
