USI ordered a high pressure power… I ordered a high pressure power steering hose on 10/23/23 through Amazon. A few hours later I received notice that the product was "shipped" and my card was charged for the item. Since USAutopartsCar is in Charlotte, NC, about 4 hours from me, I thought, great! I'll have the part by Wednesday 10/25. NOPE!!! Product sat "somewhere" for 4 days before it was scanned as being received by carrier facility who knows where because the tracking, as is normal, didn't have the location. Package was scanned 4 more times in the next 3 days and now shows that package was delayed. Well, no s--t Sherlock!!!

USDon't buy from USAutopartscar My experience with this vendor is they are incompetent. I order two front brake rotors and only received one. They are refusing to resolve the matter in any fashion. John Tillery in customer service is of no help at all. He'll say sorry for the inconvenience, yada,yada.... but no action has been taken. I hav continually given them opportunities to fix the issue and they continually refuse. I highly recommend shopping practically anywhere else than from this site.

USI just got the item I just got the measuring stick this morning. The reason I bought it was that the last two oil changes the check list did not show the transmission fluid being check. There reason was no dip stick. Decided I better start checking the transmission fluid myself. Followed the instructions. Was very simple. The only problem I had was slow delivery. The shipping label was printed right away. Maybe there was some bad road conditions between Texas and Minnesota.
