Very disappointing I placed an order and received an email asking if I placed this order cause the shipping address was different and I replied back. Sent SEVERAL emails and no one ever got back to me. Sent another email and finally got a reply back stating I didn’t reply with in 10 days and the item is now out of stock and will get a refund. Can never find a phone number to call customer service. Very disappointing, this was the first time I placed an order.

I ordered some wheel spacers for my… I ordered some wheel spacers for my Ford truck from Bizslink LLC. Your name was tagged with this company when I received my confirmation email. The spacers did not fit. I tried repeatedly to return them to no avail. One of the worst online experiences I have ever had. The communication with Bizslink went from cordial to absurd within a week. Terrible experience.

Trying to resolve issues with… Trying to resolve issues with merchandise using email only makes the troubleshooting process very drawn out and frustrating. It was painfully obvious that your AI generated troubleshooting process is woefully inadequate. All it usually takes from my 54years of experience is a phone call to a human being. I don't see me using your service/products line ever again.
