Good shipping, but came with an oil leak. The engine I ordered was shipped quickly and arrived at the correct destination. However, my mechanic did have to fix an oil leak that came with the engine.

Excellent engine!!! So I bought an engine for a 06 Oddessey. The price was way lower than the local junkyards (Baltimore). It arrived in 2 DAYS!! It looked clean but I am a skeptic. Two mistakes I did was I didn’t exchange the engine mount bracket and injectors, the salesman had told me too though!! When it started it purred and was very smooth. I believe the engine has very low mileage as stated. I have put 1000 miles plus already and the oil is still golden. As anyone knows these engines are notorious for burning oil. Great product, great customer service 10000% recommend their products. P.S I am a mechanic with 15yrs ish experience.

Disappointed in TX We have an auto repair shop in Justin, TX and order engines and transmissions literally all the time. ALot of times I reach out to out of state companies for these purchases. JDM engine zone is a complete scam if you have to return something because it was ordered wrong ,on either side, them or you, get ready for them to take all of your money whilst you get no part . Every single company I've ever used always calls or emails to confirm what was ordered is correct or will tell you this isn't the correct part needed and make sure you get what you need. Not JDM, absolutely not, they do it on purpose this way so they can take hundreds of dollars away from you and leave you in a bind and charge you an unreasonable restocking fee on top of what they already took. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, MATTER OF FACT, RUN, AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Just trying to make sure they don't get to continue doing this to so many others as I'm certain I'm not the only one whom has been scammed by this awful company. I never leave bad reviews because I own my own company as well and know mistakes will be made, but in all my auto shop years, have never endured such bad buisness, ever. Run,run, run

Great Running Honda I am the Program Manager for the largest engine remanufacturer in the US. My wife loves here Honda Element, so when we had oil in the coolant at 230K the likely source was head gasket. It was changed but did not solve the issue. No longer going to search for gremlins, and the company had no stock on the engine and nothing in the production schedule. So I opted for the used engine. I now have over 10K miles on the engine and it has been a perfect solution for a vehicle that is pristine. We did have to change a number of things that were different from the original engine to the one that was purchased, which was to be expected. I would make only one suggestion, and that is to change any gasket on any component that was not changed from the original engine. We missed doing the timing chain tensioner cover and it had an oil leak. Other than that the engine has run perfect, no oil consumption, good oil pressure, and expect to hit well over 300K. One last thing the pricing was 1/2 the cost of a reman, even at my discount.
