Has been helping me along the way and haven’t left me high and dry. Great Company!

GBThey don’t stand by their product $900 mistake buyer beware Spent $900 for a custom set of A Arms for my Ford and they sent me the wrong ones. First set was for a 2WD when I ordered for a 4WD. They sent me a second set that had so much positive camber it was unusable. I took my vehicle to two separate shops and even bought and installed a $2000 lift to make these work but they still had too much positive camber. To make these A Arms work I would have needed to lift my vehicle 8 inches and run 37 inch tires, when I ordered them for a 4 inch lift and 35 inch tires (which I had already purchased) I have exhaustive emails with them explaining the problem but they take no responsibility for the problem.

GBX2 Industries Issues- I am a… X2 Industries Issues- I am a manufacturing engineer and found this to be a wonderfully crafted kit with absolutely horrific execution. Not worth the $6,300 I paid for it. 1. Advertised as plug and play; but Christopher Peltz said mechanic has to be “creative” (This required lots of grinding, welding, notching, and removal of OEM parking break for an electric brake) 2. THERE ARE NO LAYED OUT INSTRUCTIONS. YOU HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT! 3. Order placed October 2022. All missing parts didn’t finish coming in until February 2023. Terrible follow up throughout process. I had to beg for shipping status and often received answers saying it had been sent; but tracking was for other parts that had been missing. 4. Lots of pieces missing and lots of nuts / bolts left over. No instructions telling you which bolts are meant for what. 5. Compressor 90 fitting missing (very expensive to buy) 6. Wiring diagrams included in box were incorrect. Had to go on website to find correct wiring 7. Asked for invoice to get upgraded control system and never received it. 8. No offer extended to make this right based on the amount of issues with such an expensive kit.

GBStrut towers berings are crushed Strut towers berings are crushed. I did not receive the washer that stops them from being pushed through the original strut socket. Nobody seems to know were or what Bering it’s from. I believe it’s a heavy duty throw out bering. Need to tear it all down to mic. Had to change the C/V’s cause stock ones would not work in the 1” lower strut holes. Still looking for that part. I did get the missing washers. But still riding on crushed berings.
