GBDid not receive the ecm I ordered I ordered an ecm for truck with a part # I received the ecm but was a different part # then I ordered. It would not work for my truck. So I lost a week there and had to return it. Which they made pretty easy. But I have not received my refund as of this moment. And I’m out another week now waiting for a ecm from another place but I could of saved a week if they sent what I ordered

GBI ordered a part over a week ago and… I ordered a part over a week ago and the automatic email system said it was shipped right after yet I still haven't received the part. After several email attempts I still have not heard anything back from the company. My customer is getting tired of waiting as am I. There is no reason why they have not even tried to contact me whether they don't have the part or short staffed or whatever the excuse will be. I can't be left hanging especially after the part has been paid for up front....

GBDiesel DEF pump I purchased a DEF pump for my diesel truck. The first pump sent did not work. It was also manufactured in 2015. The second pump did work. The online person I worked with to get the first returned and a new one sent was helpful. The second pump is working. The price for the pump was less than buying a retail pump from a dealer.

GBI never received my order I never received my order. You never provided a tracking number. You shopped it with fedex so good chance I’ll never see it. Then you cancelled my order with out any explanation. You wasted a lot of my time. My company will never buy from you again.

GBI initially messed up and ordered the… I initially messed up and ordered the incorrect sensor. Truck to Trailer has been fantastic to work with to make sure I get the right one. The ordering process and return process is simple and seamless for the end customer
