GBBad motor and no refund. Ignoring emails and phone calls Spent $1,700 on a motor for my CNC mill. It was tested upon arrival and it was a bad motor. Returned the motor for refund. It has been over 3 weeks since they received it and they are ignoring all of my emails and phone calls. They answered once 5 days ago and said they would send the refund and it would take a few days and I would receive an email about it but still no email, no refund, no returned phone calls. I'm a small business owner. I cant afford to lose out on that much money.

GB1 part came in correct 1 part came in correct, 2nd part totally different part number. Overnighted the order, never received the correct one, delayed customer 3 days.

GBGreat Service, Great Products! Their service is very quick and reliable. I have ordered from Truck to Trailer multiple times, and received the products I ordered in the exact time frame I asked for them to be shipped. You can find quite a few OEM parts here that are not available anywhere else. One of the things we like the most, is that when they say part is in stock, it is in stock! A lot of places will list stock on their site and then not actually have the product. This has never happened with Truck to Trailer. We have avoided downed trucks on many occasions by being able to get OEM parts that even dealers did not have. These are not aftermarket knock offs, but OEM parts! I will use Truck to Trailer again!

GBI was desperate for a Cummins oil… I was desperate for a Cummins oil cooler housing and nobody had it available for at least 30 days. I was researching online and came across Truck to Trailer showing availability. I called customer service to confirm and they did have it and very fairly priced. My only concern was on communication with shipping, but I received it very timely just didn't have the notice us parts guys like to have. My experience was A-, these guys are great!

GBInvalid tracking number, unable to verify shipment. Transaction not yet complete, called a week ago to verify QOH, was told piece would ship next day after purchase. Purchased, and got an e-mail that they wouldn't ship until we got them a verification of ID. Company Card was used to purchase parts for cust, no ID available for store card. They agreed to ship part. 7 days later still haven't gotten a working tracking number to verify shipment, and no longer feeling warm and fuzzy about this purchase. Will update if they choose to make this right, but for now, buyer beware.
