GBGreat Service, Great Products! Their service is very quick and reliable. I have ordered from Truck to Trailer multiple times, and received the products I ordered in the exact time frame I asked for them to be shipped. You can find quite a few OEM parts here that are not available anywhere else. One of the things we like the most, is that when they say part is in stock, it is in stock! A lot of places will list stock on their site and then not actually have the product. This has never happened with Truck to Trailer. We have avoided downed trucks on many occasions by being able to get OEM parts that even dealers did not have. These are not aftermarket knock offs, but OEM parts! I will use Truck to Trailer again!

GBDid not receive the ecm I ordered I ordered an ecm for truck with a part # I received the ecm but was a different part # then I ordered. It would not work for my truck. So I lost a week there and had to return it. Which they made pretty easy. But I have not received my refund as of this moment. And I’m out another week now waiting for a ecm from another place but I could of saved a week if they sent what I ordered

GBOrdered part for my semi truck.Received… Ordered part for my semi truck.Received wrong part(looks like they will send you whatever they have regardless of your order)Returned part,they held package for 2 weeks at their local post office,finally picked it up.Never issued me a refund.Had to dispute transaction with my bank and it's still in the process after a month I've sent return.Looks like this web site is just one person operation that is buying parts elsewhere and then sell it to you.Stay away from this site

GBI was desperate for a Cummins oil… I was desperate for a Cummins oil cooler housing and nobody had it available for at least 30 days. I was researching online and came across Truck to Trailer showing availability. I called customer service to confirm and they did have it and very fairly priced. My only concern was on communication with shipping, but I received it very timely just didn't have the notice us parts guys like to have. My experience was A-, these guys are great!

GBExcellent We ordered an exhaust pipe for our MACK. Product arrived rather quickly and was exactly as pictured. It fit our truck perfectly. Packaging was tightly wrapped and the chrome was shining without a scratch.
