Did not receive the ecm I ordered I ordered an ecm for truck with a part # I received the ecm but was a different part # then I ordered. It would not work for my truck. So I lost a week there and had to return it. Which they made pretty easy. But I have not received my refund as of this moment. And I’m out another week now waiting for a ecm from another place but I could of saved a week if they sent what I ordered

Ordered part for my semi truck.Received… Ordered part for my semi truck.Received wrong part(looks like they will send you whatever they have regardless of your order)Returned part,they held package for 2 weeks at their local post office,finally picked it up.Never issued me a refund.Had to dispute transaction with my bank and it's still in the process after a month I've sent return.Looks like this web site is just one person operation that is buying parts elsewhere and then sell it to you.Stay away from this site

Invalid tracking number, unable to verify shipment. Transaction not yet complete, called a week ago to verify QOH, was told piece would ship next day after purchase. Purchased, and got an e-mail that they wouldn't ship until we got them a verification of ID. Company Card was used to purchase parts for cust, no ID available for store card. They agreed to ship part. 7 days later still haven't gotten a working tracking number to verify shipment, and no longer feeling warm and fuzzy about this purchase. Will update if they choose to make this right, but for now, buyer beware.

Diesel DEF pump I purchased a DEF pump for my diesel truck. The first pump sent did not work. It was also manufactured in 2015. The second pump did work. The online person I worked with to get the first returned and a new one sent was helpful. The second pump is working. The price for the pump was less than buying a retail pump from a dealer.
