GBI ordered a part over a week ago and… I ordered a part over a week ago and the automatic email system said it was shipped right after yet I still haven't received the part. After several email attempts I still have not heard anything back from the company. My customer is getting tired of waiting as am I. There is no reason why they have not even tried to contact me whether they don't have the part or short staffed or whatever the excuse will be. I can't be left hanging especially after the part has been paid for up front....

GBExcellent We ordered an exhaust pipe for our MACK. Product arrived rather quickly and was exactly as pictured. It fit our truck perfectly. Packaging was tightly wrapped and the chrome was shining without a scratch.
