They kept me updated. The delivery driver was fantastic, he was also very caring and kept me updated on the timing, when I would receive my car. It was all a very smooth transition! All of the support reps were extremely helpful and responsive, and my car was picked up and delivered within a week! One thing I do wish there was more control over is the pick up date / time and drop off date / time, but it's understandable that plans may shift due to weather, other deliveries, etc.

Best Vehicle Shipping Experience I've Had Communication and responsiveness were excellent. I called right before a Holiday weekend and someone answered my call and provided me with a quote within a few minutes. A shipper was scheduled to pick up my vehicle within a few days of my call.
