Web site makes designing and selecting color scheme very easy and provides a very accurate image of what finished product will look like. This second order was placed from Tucson, AZ for a license plate in Massachusetts. A phone call to Best confirmed my selection would be Massachusetts legal - VERY helpful customer service !!
