GBAveritt Terminal to The Woodlands Fast service was delayed because truck that showed up did not have "AirFreight" documentation. From time of order to delivery was about 4 hours. Delivery truck had a lift gate, which was unexpected benefit; although we had a fork lift on site. Be sure the trucker has proper documentation. Dave@Texas

GBCareful and Professional Daniel and Cole delivered a Queen size mattress and box spring from US Mattress this afternoon, and called 20 minutes before arrival right on time. They were both very courteous, careful, and professional. They even washed their hands before handling the new mattress. Great guys, highly recommend Hot Shot Delivery.

GBDidn't make me feel like an idoit. I had a load that needed to be moved asap of material that I'm not familiar with from Houston TX to Orla TX. All we really had was a longitude & latitude for delivery address. Steve, who answered the phone, asked all the right questions to find the appropriate truck and gave me cheaper options and THE best price. The driver was there to pick up when promised. We found out that he couldn't deliver to the site - they would be gone the night he was to arrive. Hot Shot Trucking had the driver sleep over and the driver delivered 1st thing in the morning and kept THE PRICE THE SAME.
