I recently purchased two tires from the… I recently purchased two tires from the tire agent I ordered four sets of Michelin tires ps4s which cost me a little bit over $1800. Upon inspection of the tires they sent me two different versions of the tires. They sent me two ZP run flat tires for the rear which came from a distributor in California, and then sent me two regular tires for the front that are non ZP run flat tires. I contacted customer service and they told me that they cannot correct the issue. I told him this is not my fault this is their fault because I ordered strictly for 4 non-run flat tires. Why in the world would I choose to purchase 2 different versions? I went on the website , I inputted the front tire spec I wanted and then from the drop down box it asked me if the front were the same I clicked no ( I have a stagger set up) and put the tire specs I needed for the rear . The system at the tire agent generates package deals so they sent me information on multiple summer tires , in the package included both front and rear, the options are 4 regular tires that are non runflats. Y I sent a complaint over to the Better Business Bureau in regards to their reply in hopes that they can replace the two tires with what I originally have purchased.

So easy I can do it! This experience has been so easy even I can do filling out the application and shopping for the right tires for my car made everything easy even getting the tires installed was included.

Excellent Process First purchase with Tire Agent and the whole process went well. Delivery was quick as they stated and ease of going through the process was painless. Definitely will use them again for future purchases.

m a very picky and skeptical when… I am a very picky and skeptical when buying things online sometimes its not exactly what you want i looked several times for tires with tire agent and i have to say i am very impressed i got exactly what i wanted the tires are great and they arrived at my house in 3 days unbelievable ! Satisfied Customer Having the ability to choose from a large selection of tires for reasonable prices. Can’t forget about having multiple payment options to choose from when purchasing a set of tires or wheels. The pay tomorrow payment option is a life saver. Especially when you absolutely have to get new tires and you don’t really want to drop $1500+ all at once. My only complaint is how long it took for my order to be delivered due to a mix up in processing. That being said, I also understand sometimes things happen. So, over all I’m pleased with the set of tires I ordered as well as the price.
