One of the rare "Good Guys" I've used Cottman twice, once for a pre purchase inspection and once for a bad cam actuator sensor. Both times I was blown away by how upfront, and honest these guys were and how reasonable their fees were. I will return for any automotive repair needs they can handle. Great team that I've grown to trust, not an easy accomplishment for a repair facility. Fyi they do waaayy more than just transmissions.

Stellar customer service I was totally amazed with the care I received from this group. I had a blown transmission and from the start when I dropped vehicle off to the finish they were kind, informative and patient. I have suggested them to MANY people and will never take my truck elsewhere for service. Greg was like walking in and an Angel being behind the counter but I called to check on my truck and a mechanic answered he was also kind and courteous!! I am totally grateful to Cottman.

Great customer service and work! Greg was super and they did a great job! Considering we have used them three times in the last six weeks, transmission, tune up and now with what we thought was an alternator, just the battery though, thanks goodness!! Transmission good. Brakes still problematic. We are very pleased with the rebuilt transmission. Only wish they had identified the specific cause of brake pulsation. Said brake pads look good, but did not dig deeper (calipers, cylinder?). Still hearing brake noises. Worrisome. Dennis Johnson
