They welcomed me in and they were very friendly and helpful, Kristi stopped what she was doing and took my order. Very friendly team.

Had no problems I bought a stratus… Had no problems I bought a stratus 10,000LBs floor plate two post had some issues but Rudy,Suzzie from stratus equipment took care of everything have the Lift for 3 years if anyone has problems call Suzzie at Stratus Equipment.

Great Experience! I purchased two four post lifts from Mechanic Outlet. Kristi and her staff did a great job for us in assisting with the loading onto our trailer for pickup. Also, a couple of parts were missing from the factory. They had them overnighted the next day. I highly recommend them!

Two post lift. Excellent purchase. I purchased a 11,000 pound lift (Tuxedo TP11KC-DX) and am very happy with it. I have seen reviews of different two post lifts that complain of no or poor installation instructions but found that Tuxedo ships a pretty good set of instructions with the lift and the instructions are also available to download online. I was able to get my local lumber yard to use their forklift to unload the delivery truck and that proved to be very valuable. I couldn't be happier with Mechanic Outlet. Rudy was very good to deal with and was always easy to contact and was an excellent source of information. All together an excellent transaction.

Apex 10 The lift I purchased was the first of that model that Mechanic Outlet had sold (due to height restrictions of my space)- I think they did quite well. The lift was inoperable for first couple of weeks after install, due to manufacturing/mechanical error and wrong repair part being sent by manufacturer and not them, but they assisted me and stayed in constant contact with me to ensure my lift was working and I was satisfied. A+
