Ordered a 4in .50 antenna Ordered a 4in. Black and gold .50 antenna, shipping was relatively quick considering I'm on Ontario. However, the antenna is not "Universal" as advertised. After an initial 1 star review was posted I was contacted by the manager to troubleshoot my problem. After fact checking my problem an additional part was ordered and Mailed to me free of charge

Excellent Service The best company I’ve dealt with in a very long time. I ordered a Christmas gift only a few days before Christmas Eve and it had to be shipped from Alberta to Vancouver Island. I got excellent customer service from Shawn Blakeburn; he took the initiative to call me to advise me on how to get the item delivered as quickly as possible and also kept me informed of the order’s progress. I am extremely pleased and impressed. And it was delivered in time for Christmas!

Likely won't return due to the experience Hours of operation are inconvenient i had to drive 45 minutes one way to find out the store was closed. Then to return the next day . Pick up my part to find that it was the wrong one , i ended up selling the wrong part privately due to the inconvenience of having to drive another 45 minutes wasn't in my books . It was a very defeating process as i waited for 2 weeks to pick up my order.
