GBTrust and Honesty! We brought my wife's car in for a possible automatic transmission problem; turned out to be a brake switch. Cottman replaced the switch promptly. They were friendly and professional; best of all they were honest! Cottman has earned our trust and business; and we'll tell our friends and neighbors!!

GBThanks, but, no thanks.. Had my transmission and transfer case serviced and after recently draining the transfer case myself found the fluid to be burned badly, in less than the 10k miles, this was due to either the improper fluids being used, or simply not changed at all. Would not recommend using this shop, even if I narrowly avoided serious damage to the transfer case. It was no thanks to Cottman.

GBI thought I was about to have… I thought I was about to have transmission troubles due to unusual noises coming from the front end while driving. I dropped the vehicle off on monday before new years day and was told they wouldn't be able to look at it till that thursday. Ended up getting it repaired on tuesday and thankfully it was only a front hub bearing.
