I apologize that I'm not better with… I apologize that I'm not better with names because every employee we came into contact with deserves recognition for not only being super friendly and helpful, but for being knowlegable enough to really help us with our needs and answer questions. The gal who helped us with the purchase if our helmet clearly knew her stuff, but wasn't pushy or condecending. She knew exactly where to share her expertise and where to let us make our own decision.

That’s what I call service !!! I was most impressed during my last visit. I walked inside the store and, of course, was immediately greeted. I told the gentleman behind the counter what I was looking for and another guy overheard me and within 30 seconds he had what I needed. I never left the counter. I was there to get a anti-fog lense (picklock ?) for inside my helmet visor. He recognized my helmet make and model and helped me put it on. Your people are aware, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you for such a pleasant surprise.
