They let me know the day and time frame the tires would arrive so I would be at home. Overall. Im a satisfied customer. Would buy from again.

GBTireCrazy twice for four new … Have used TireCrazy twice for two sets of four tires ...first for my Honda Accord last year and recently for my Mazda Miata....Good selection with a wide range of prices - specs available, sales promotions and shipping discounts regularly available....shipment via Fed Ex is fast and efficient with either email or text alerts...Tires arrived in excellent condition....used a local auto shop to balance, install and align vehicle.....big bottom line price advantage when all taxes and fees and avoided tire shop extras are considered...art c

GBPrice is good but the shipping process… Price is good but the shipping process with FedEx is a mess. Unlike other tires I have ordered TireCrazy requires a signature for delivery. Unless you are able to sit at home all day this process will not work. I called TireCrazy and FedEx and I'm told they will ship the tire back after 3 attempts and TireCrazy will charge me the shipping and possibly the whole tire cost if it does not pass the inspection. So if FedEx damages the tire the customer is responsible. Not worth the hassle to save a few dollars. In my Opinion...

GBOrdered a set of 4 Pirelli Cinturatos … Ordered a set of 4 Pirelli Cinturatos for my 2015 Camry SE after reading many reviews and shopping for the best price from a reputable store. These guys were about $80 cheaper than the next competitor and while I had my doubts at first about the crazy name 😀 It turned out great. Got the tires about 5 days after I ordered and just had them installed in my car!

GBBest tire prices, period. Ordered four Falken Wildpeake AT's, and after a few days without any confirmation of the order or when they would arrived I called TireCrazy to find out what was going on. They courteously explained that they were severely backed up with orders due to a "Free Shipping" sale they were having. They then expedited my order from a much closer distributor and I had them within a few days. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future; Great prices and excellent customer service.
