Supagard at car giant Bought my car from car giant on Tuesday, paid for Supagard. The car was not in the pristine condition I expected on collection, which was down to Car Giant. Update: Supagard have superb customer service! They responded quickly to my complaint and sent a car detailer to my house to sort the car out. It looks great now, many thanks :)

The product is great.....but. The product is great, that is indisputable. My only "but" is that as an owner of a number of cars, (daily use & show cars) including two Volvo built limousines, I would like to be able to buy "business size" quantities of products such as Paintseal Cream, (with a business price)The largest size available is just 500 ml. Even a 1 litre pack (with an appropriate price reduction) would be useful, or a discount for purchasing two 500 ml packs. A 5 litre container would be my preference.

Easy on, easy off with a lovely protective finish. Was originally given samples when we bought a new Suzuki Swift. What is really good is the ease and application; the polish is a cream and goes on easily, following the instructions. The best part is buffing up, as the polish bloom rubs off with very little effort, leaving a great protective shine. Rainwater beads up and quickly runs off. Highly recommended for ease of use and the finish it provides.

Disappointed Having purchased a second hand car from a very large Trader and pursuaded to purchase the full Supagard treatment, I can't see any difference. The car looks abosolutely the same. I did ask that they checked whether this treatment had already been applied. They took the money anyway and gave me my products on collection. To add insult to injury there is now a scratch on the boot which wasn't there at my last viewing. Clearly, this is not Supagard's fault. I was sceptical and remain sceptical.
