Great to deal with, they keep you updated on your order! After I ordered I found they weren't in stock but I did have time to wait,they were delivered in a week with no issues what so ever .I will use them again for parts! Always good to shop local.

Excellent Customer service from the Drop Shop, Loomis..... well Excellent Customer service. Although Shipping was not in the Vendors control it was the only disappointment. My kit came it two separate packages. Shipping was done through Loomis. I received the first of two packages (which clearly state 1 of 2 and 2 of 2) but only received notification that the second package was "out for delivery". I contacted the Loomis Customer Service department and the Lady took my information and phone number so the she could let me know what happened...... I'm still waiting for her to return my call! The next day I found the phone number for the local Loomis depot and called them myself. They found my package sitting on their dock. They immediately loaded up my package and delivered it promptly. The kit was easy to install and looks awesome. I was happy with everything but the shipping experience.

Very helpful was not sure on which kit… Very helpful was not sure on which kit I needed ..plus had instant confirmation by email and phone. Received part 1 of shipment fast .but missing second parcel so far and shipping company has ot been helpful. I have gave a 4 star due to shipping mistake .
