This manager took the time to diagnosis my problem by asking very good questions. And then left his desk and made the repair himself . I would highly recommend this transmission shop.

GBOrdered wrong transmission Ordered wrong transmission. Didn't actually look to see if they were ordering the right one. Add 3 days wait time. Right transmission came in and was installed, started slipping first day, 2 days later gave out on highway and truck overheated. $3200 for a bad week. Transmission still isn't fixed because of the holiday. Lost thousands because this truck was out of commission. Need some compensation for down time because of their incompetence!
