Ordered a new starter for my 1999… Ordered a new starter for my 1999 mercury outboard motor. Have been using it for a month now and works perfectly! No adjustments had to be made for installation. Very happy with my purchase! I’ll be ordering again for other parts if needed. Shipping was just over 7 business days but I ordered right before Christmas and it still arrived on time.

Purchased a starter from this company… Purchased a starter from this company for a small engine, through Amazon. Installed it and it spins but will not engage. Went to Amazon website and was referred to DB Electrical. Customer service (a joke) informed me I need to institute replacement through Amazon. Pass the buck back and forth and I am out 95 bucks. The DB Electrics rep was rude, condescending and arrogant. This is my last purchase of a product sold by them, and my business is engine and vehicle repairs. If I treated my customers as this man did, I would not be in business long !

Excellent company Excellent company. Ordered more than once from them. One order came damaged (carrier / poor packaging) and DB refunded 100% and paid for return. They immediately took care of problem and did what ever could be done to help. Definitely one of my go-to places of business.

Perfect fit and fast delivery I needed an alternator for a Massey Ferguson 180. It is an odd alternator with the tachometer feeding into the back of the alternator. Since I have had great luck with DB Electrical in the past, I ordered from them again. I bolted the alternator into my tractor, and it worked perfectly!
