I have found his Costco credit card and I have Kentucky fried chicken I was I was driving down the road on Highway 50 I want to return it to him. I don’t know how to get a hold on so I just did a search on Google. Yeah it’s a zoom. It says Costco one executive wholesale card. I just want to make sure I got it back safely. GBNO WARRANTY … I purchased a starter for a Kohler CH395 through Amazon. It lasted about 45 days then sounded like it was destroying the flywheel. Amazon website directed me to DB Electrical for warranty. DB Electrical stated NO WARRANTY on the starter, and will not replace the starter. Both Amazon and DB Electrical websites state 1 year warranty on their parts. I have purchased DB Electrical Parts before and not had an issue but I will not purchase them anymore nor will I recommend them anymore...

GBPurchased a starter from this company… Purchased a starter from this company for a small engine, through Amazon. Installed it and it spins but will not engage. Went to Amazon website and was referred to DB Electrical. Customer service (a joke) informed me I need to institute replacement through Amazon. Pass the buck back and forth and I am out 95 bucks. The DB Electrics rep was rude, condescending and arrogant. This is my last purchase of a product sold by them, and my business is engine and vehicle repairs. If I treated my customers as this man did, I would not be in business long !

GBI had to return the alternator back… I had to return the alternator back that was the wrong one. From contacting them< and getting the credit refunded was stress free. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Thank you.
