INWaste of time I wasted my 3 months of time, money and face lot of mental agony. Consultant didn't keep clear communication between candidate and organisations. I was hoping to join and submitted all documents but in last customer cancel my candidature without any communication.

FRUnprofessional Communication is definitely not their strong suit. I was approached twice by them. The first time, I had to chase them constantly to get updates. The second time I was simply ghosted by the recruiter after sending my CV. I understand clients might take time to get back to them, a position might go on hold but I expect a basic level of communication and engagement from recruiters.

AEProcess and Expectation A transparent process and expectations is required. Halian would improve by onboarding their resources and ensuring that everything is understood. A system to track invoice would also be helpful
