GBOrder never received and no refund I recently ordered a part from this distributor for a family member. The part was delivered through FedEx and was delivered to an invalid address. The recipient never received the package. Revzilla customer service's only remedy was to go to the assumed drop location and request the package. The tenant stated they never received any packages wrongfully addressed. FedEx completed an investigation, but would not confirm their driver dropped the package at the incorrect address. Revzilla stated they do not practice signing for packages regardless of package value. Revzilla accepted my order and payment, but had no intention on verifying the package made it to its intended destination or quality assurance of the order to ensure customer was content with the sales process. When I requested to dispute the transaction and request further assistance on acquiring the part I paid for, Revzilla took my information down and denied further assistance. Now I purchased the part for a second time through an alternate distributor. Potential customers should know that if an issue with a part order should arise that their money or order is not insured or refundable. Purchase at your own risk.

GBI was very happy with the ordering… I was very happy with the ordering process and quick turnaround. I also appreciate the Zilla point accrual. I find that to be a great encouragement for future purchases. The only complaint I have with the site relates to the initial discount for new customers. I purchased a few items using the new customer discount but when my wife attempted to sign up and use her discount the site wouldn't accept it. I believe this may be because we share the same address. She still made the purchase but I wish we had the extra 10% discount but overall still better than other online retailers.

GBThe rare to find part I needed The rare to find part I needed was exactly what was provided at a reasonable price. I did have some shipping issues but that fault lies with UPS and their agents and not Revzilla and while UPS gets zero stars Revzilla gets 5 stars from me
