Hard to find parts made easy Wow, what an awesome find when I discover OscaroParts.com. Within two years after I bought my Tundra the latches on both back windows were broken ( poor engineering ) on Toyotas parts made from plastic. Then I lucked into finding Oscaro and the replacement metal cam for the rear window latches, without buying the entire latch which would have broken again because of the poor design. Before my order was shipped they emailed making sure I had ordered the right catalytic converter for the engine family of my Mazda. Most places will not do this. Which sucks because it is very important that you purchase a cat that matches your engine family or else you won't pass the smog. Well that wasn't a problem for me thanks to oscaroparts.com.

I received a remanufactured Power… I received a remanufactured Power steering pump for my 2003 GMC 6.6 Diesel PU and it appeared to have been purposely damaged upon rebuilding. The return steel tube inside had been pinched off and it took this 65 year old man working in a snow bank replacing hoses putting probably 2 gallons of fluid on the griund before figuring out what the problem was. I have been told that my money would be fully returned, but the wasted time and fluid etc. were on my dime. I understand mistakes happen, and don't blame your business for the mishap, but have to be convinced before I would purchase from you again.
