USUnique Truck Equipment exceeded my expectations. Placed online order late at night and had live person call next day and review order to find I made a mistake and he got me exactly what I needed. The shipping was only bad experience of my transaction but Unique Truck Equipment can't be held responsible for FedEx screw ups.

USNo communication On ordered a scanner and after 3 weeks of not hearing anything back in finally called . The scanner I ordered is no longer in Stock . Hopefully the one I let you guys talk me into is just as good and helpful to my business. It is less expensive than the one I ordered and have heard nothing on a refund on the money I saved by purchasing the other one. It's okay to call the number I gave you guys to let me know what's going on so I can better help my customers

USO.t.c Are there OTC tools a month ago come to find out they were no longer available had to pay more money for another kit and still haven't received it and tomorrow will be another month. Poor Communications with OTC in this company
