( I did my research) I purchased the 58 volt 6 phase complete. Probably the quickest shipping I have ever experienced in my life. Coming from their headquarters in Arizona all the way to Soldotna. I ordered it on Wednesday morning, Friday afternoon it arrived at my office in Soldotna Alaska. I was able to get it installed that evening. Incredible transformation. The truck sat 4 days in the parking lot at around 20° temperatures at night. Installed the 58 volt 6 phase FICM, and my truck truly came to life again. Andrew reached out to me on Wednesday morning to confirm my order and he helped me with the process to choose the exact correct ficm for the area in which I live. I love the Bulletproof Diesel Tech… I love the Bulletproof Diesel Tech Step. Yes its an expensive tool. I didnt have enough room in front of the Excursion alnd garage wall to use a top side creeper. The step allows me to due extensive work back by the turbo easily and comfortably.

Bad Communications, failed performance and loss of a repeat customer’s shop The sales team was 5-stars. The shipping team was extremely problematic. We have ordered in the past with minor issues. This most recent event was adversarial. It was a $3000+ Order that was returned by BulletProof. If I was an owner, I would terminate those involved. If the owner endorsed such activity, then itnis best to buy elsewhere. We repaired the last unit from our regular vendors to complete the project. He understood and was happy with the reduced parts cost. We would deter future clients from purchasing here and only use when a client demands such. There are too many spots locally and online to buy $3000 parts orders. DieselTech RON would not approve!!!

excellent customer service My first experience was me emailing with questions and concerns about my diesel. A couple hours later I had a phone call asking for for information and without trying to sell me on any products I was given a world of information about my truck. Afterwards I settled on a few items to start with that improved my engine’s cooling. Thanks guys for the help and My next purchase will be the BP heavy duty oil cooler.
